I have been suffering from acne problems and sometimes they really get worse. I have tried many of the anti-acne products available but I am not satisfied with them as I feel that the results they give are just a matter of time. Can anyone suggest me a good remedy for this?

This is just one of the most basic problems that most people encounter. I too had been through this and I am really happy to say that it was just a passing affair. Hi Everyone

I have suffered from acne for as long as i can remember, i have tried everything on the market to try and get rid of my problem but with noi success. Around 3 months ago i purchased a Beautyskin acne lamp and have not looked back! Its unbelievable!! Most important, DO NOT squeeze your pimples until they are extremely ripe that only a little pressure is needed to squeeze everything out. If you have to squeeze your pimples, take two pieces of toilet paper and cover ur index fingers then lightly apply pressure.

For your acne to heal, you need to make sure your skin is always hydrated, don't use heavy creams and lotions they will clog your pores and cause more inflammation.
My esthetician told me i can use the 3 steps of skin care: 1-wash, 2-tone, 3-apply pimple lotion/cream, then she said wait until ur pimple lotion has been absorbed into the skin then you apply a light layer of lotion (light hydrator, light lotion <--did that make sense lol, basically some sort of light cream) and that light layer of lotion will lock in the benefits of the pimple cream.

Btw do NOT use toothpaste - the chemicals in toothpaste are harsh and dry up the skin, but in order to let the pimple heal you must keep it hydrated and it will naturally start to dry up when it has ripened.

Another thing you can try that I've found useful is this acne device called ZENO. They sell them at the dermatologists and some spas, but they are very very pricey 200-300dollars. That's why I bought mine on Ebay and it cost about 100. ZENO basically uses heat waves to zap and kill the bacteria inside the pimple and you should see the pimple become not as irritated and start to die in as little as 24 hours. But i only use this for those humongo pimples that take up like 1/10 of my face (okay a bit exaggerated but u know...those HUGE ones)

Lastly if nothing works, you can go see a dermatologist and ask them to prescribe pills, the strongest being Accutane--warning: accutane has SERIOUS side affects (depression,etc) but yeah talk to your dermatologist.
